FAQS
Charger fails to charge the device after prolonged use.
1.Check if the Type-C port on the back cover is loose.
2.Reconnect the DC connector at the base and support rod interface, then retry charging.
Wi-Fi connection failed?
1.Restart the router and ensure the password is correct.
2.Go to Settings → Network → Reconnect.
Unresponsive touch screen?
Remove the protective film and clean the screen with a microfiber cloth.
Short battery life?
1.Go to Settings → Display → Screen Timeout to reduce idle screen time.
2.Close unused background apps.
